Selecting Pieces?

I have always heard/assumed that as a coach you can scan a selection of literature, analyzing your favorites, match the selections to students, and keeping time limits in mind to help getting the selection of potential readings for their students to use in competitions.

But now as a coach, I found I have NO TIME to do these things! I  am not sure how else to find pieces? Any suggestions?
